Grounds for Sculpture

I'm heading to the Grounds for Sculpture today. I know I had planned on going last week, but I never made it there. This is a property in the Princeton area (Hamilton), that houses a museum and outdoor sculptures on their grounds. It should hit close to 80 degrees today, so being outside should be delightful.

I've never really been a huge art fan, and museums haven't held a place with me, but here I am creeping up on 40 and lately, I've gotten the urge to check these places out. A new appreciation? I'm not sure, but suddenly, I want to go see the MOMA in New York, the Gugenheim, Philadelphia's Art Musuem and more...I have NO idea why this urge has come to me, but I plan on going to each of these over the course of time.

I was down in Philadelphia at the Franklin Institute and the National Science Museum, and the Art Museum stood there calling out to me. Could I be aquiring a taste for this? I'm not sure, I'm a fast museum walker, so I'd best go alone! I don't sit and ponder and wonder what a person was thinking, I look at something and go..."hmmm, nice", and move on. Anyhow, the art bug has bitten, so today it's Grounds for Sculpture for me.
